Check with your EAP/Insurance for coverage, "an e-Claims provider for most insurance companies." Taking names/information for group therapy.

Medical Assistance to end lives in Canada - Tid bit
Almost 7,600 Canadians received medical assistance to end their lives in 2020, up 17% from 2019. You already know my views from previous blogs. It breaks my heart.
