I have reduced the price but this is it and only because I really want to go to Niagara Falls. 
Should it not sell I am taking it off the market until the market improves and it shall, and I will have to return to just visiting Niagara. I love you Niagara FAlls, but Toronto is being stubborn in letting me go. I had one agent come to my backyard to make me an offer but I would have to list with him. Yup, he has a buyer, made me an immediate offer but will not put in an offer (because he would want the full commission). Too bad for him, I cannot be bought. Very unethical. I will eventually record all the nonsense in my blog one day. It will make for good reading. Have a good weekend.
