💔 Here are some photos I took at the Ex. Taking my car cost me $40.00 extra dollars and yesterday I believe it was $45.00. Oh well, I do go every year and will continue to do so while I live in Toronto. Afterwards, I'll have to think about it. I won a prize for my niece and next door neighbour. The neighbour showed up at my door yesterday with her big doggie and they gave me a small tomato in return.....so cute. She then returned with another one. Of course, I had to give the St Bernard his three biscuits for the day. I missed all the shows for the ex because I usually go early to miss the crowds and now the shows don't start til 2pm. I had seen the ice show several times and the dog shows - can't count. The flyer is what I used to go on when I was a teen and now well it is in the museum once again - oh boy. The oven and dress is part of the CNE museum now. One woman sat down beside me and told me she used to have an oven like that. Hasn't changed much, huh? Took a few pictures before the crowd gets heavy which is usually when I leave. The Conjuring had a Priest at the entrance. I asked the hosts if I was going to get a heart attack going in there. I was assured, I wouldn't since they have to make sure the kids don't. At the entrance there was a man dressed up like a priest. He asked if he could give me a blessing. I declined. He then told me he was an ordained minister. That made it worse. I went by my gut feeling this time. It just seemed so wrong to me. The Conjuring is based on a true story. The main characters in the movie are Catholics (who are no longer alive) who used to fight the devil. Spooky! I will be going to see the movie.

Oh by the way. I did get scared inside. It was full of mirrors and the children inside scared me as they stopped behind me. I was trying to find my way out and got startled by them. They looked so serious and still. Their dad thought it was funny. Their grandmother not so much! Later.
